Coimbatore – Kodaikanal – Ooty – Coimbatore (4N/5D)

Day 1: Coimbatore – Kodaikanal (200 Kms / 4 Hrs)

Pick up from Coimbatore Airport and drive to Kodaikanal, a hill town in Tamil Nadu set in an area of granite cliffs, forested valleys, lakes and grassy hills. At 2,000 meters above sea level, it has a cooler climate and is a popular holiday destination. The town centres on star-shaped, man-made Kodaikanal Lake, bordered by evergreen forest. On arrival check in. Proceed for local sightseeing (if time permits) else day at leisure. Overnight stay at Kodaikanal.

Day 2: Kodaikanal

After breakfast, proceed for local sightseeing including:

• Bryant Park
• Kodaikanal Lake
• Echo Point
• Pine Trees
• Guna Cave
• Brar Shola Falls (Seasonal)
• Coakers Walk
• Pillar Rock
• Solar Observatory

Overnight stay at Kodaikanal.

Day 3: Kodaikanal – Ooty (260 Kms / 6 ½ Hrs)

After breakfast proceed to Ooty. On the way visit:

• Bandipur Wildlife Sanctuary
• Mudumalai Wildlife Sanctuary
• Kalhatty Waterfalls

On arrival check in at hotel. Later proceed for sightseeing:

• Botanical Garden
• Ooty Lake
• Dodabetta Peak (highest point of Nilgiris hills)

Overnight stay at Ooty.

Day 4: Ooty – Coonoor – Ooty

After breakfast proceed for Coonoor sightseeing. Major attractions:

• Pasteur Institute
• Sim's Park
• Lamb's Rock
• Dolphin’s Nose
• Laws Falls

Overnight stay at Ooty.

Day 5: Ooty – Coimbatore (100 Kms / 2 ½ Hrs)

After breakfast, check out from hotel and drive towards Coimbatore. On arrival drop at airport for onward journey with sweet memories.
