·         Any kind of personal expenses, extra meals, starters & Drinks (Alcoholic, Mineral, Aerated etc)

·         Any kind of optional tours

·         Camera fees where ever applicable

·         Services of vehicle on leisure days and after finishing the sightseeing tour

·         Boating/Motorbike/Cycle hire unless included in the package

·         Medical & Travel insurance

·         Additional Costs due to Flight Cancellations, Road blocks, natural calamities and nature’s fury

·         Anything not mentioned under the category “TOUR INCLUDES”

     ·         Mandatory GST 5%  

·         25% of the total tour cost beyond 7 days of the tour departure date.

·                          No refund within 7 days of the tour departure date

·         No refund for booking during Peak dates/high season

·         All the non-refundable booking attracts full payment within one day of confirmation.

·         Base category rooms provided in all hotels & camps, unless specified

·         Allotment of rooms on same floor or adjacent to each other are at sole discretion of Hotel

·         All hotels are subject to availability at the time of booking.

·         Surcharges for local events / high season / peak dates may applicable (Not included in package cost)

• All transport service will be on point to point basis and not available for disposal.
• In regular category Gangtok sightseeing is done by Wagon-R / Maruti Van / Alto 4 Seater.
• For Nathulla Pass special permit is required for which the guest document should reach us at least   before 10 days prior to arrival
• In case of Land slide or any reason Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir / North Sikkim (Lachen & Lachung) is closed we will provide alternate sightseeing and there will be no refunds. But if the permit is given then the vehicle will go till snowline and there will be no refunds in this case.
• After issue of permit for restricted areas i.e Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir / North Sikkim (Lachen & Lachung) if the guest is unable to cover all the places due to weather conditions or road conditions we will not provide any extra sightseeing in replace to that.
